It seems that all my recent blog posts are KORG related! Busy busy busy! Today, the wavestate and opsix native plugins are officially released, bringing the full power and sound of the hardware inside the box for Mac/Windows users. The sound and features are identical and interchangeable with the hardware, allowing a symbiotic studio to stage experience.

I can’t believe I’m saying it- but I’ve been working at KORG R&D for 20 years! I’ve worked on the OASYS, KRONOS, Grandstage, VOX Continental, Wavestate and Modwave. And most recently, I’ve been focussed on the software editor/librarians and Sample Builder, and now the plugins. It’s been an intense coding effort- and I’m excited to see the wavestate and opsix in the hands of more musicians!
