Debut music video Paralysis out now

While I’ve made a bunch of tutorial and review videos over the years, I’ve never made a music video before. For my recent Wave Away release Paralysis, I thought it’d be an interesting challenge to try to visually represent the story of the song.

I wanted to attempt to capture a similar feeling as the picture I used for the album cover.

This picture was the result of a long exposure in the dark, which isn’t really doable in video. But after a ton of experimenting with green screens and semi-opaque layers in Final Cut Pro, I ended up with the “multiple selves” appearing throughout the video.

I spent waaaaay too long making this video, but hopefully it connects!
